I hold a Master of Science in Health Data Science from the University of Exeter (2023), where my work focused on developing innovative methods for analyzing large-scale health datasets, including the UK Biobank and the 1000 Genomes Project. My projects explored demographic health trends, genetic mutations associated with rare conditions, ancestry analysis, and risk score modeling for type 1 diabetes. I also developed hospital simulations to support stroke unit capacity planning and completed a thesis on diabetes prediction using survival analysis and Bayesian models.
I previously earned a Master of Science in Software Engineering from Iran, where my thesis introduced the IMU2P-Miner algorithm for incremental mining of uncertain data, an approach that enhanced both speed and efficiency compared with traditional models.
Beyond formal study, I have a strong interest in independent learning and interdisciplinary research. My current interests include brain data analysis, genetic mutation studies, biomaterials, and tissue engineering, and I am keen to broaden my expertise by gaining practical wet-lab experience to complement my computational background.
